At the winery the trailer is unloaded, the grapes de-stemmed and further selection takes place on the triage table before the grapes (with skins) are pumped into a stainless tank for fermentation. See photos of winemaking. (also winemaker throws grapes at camera!) Andrew (unloading into de-stemmer), Mark, Eric, Jasmine, David and Barney.
